Exciting projects, bright colleagues, good pay. Has a collegiate environment where you can take classes to improve yourself. Still one of the best employers in San Diego.
Cons
Keeps wasting away money at shambolic marketing like the "Why Wait" campaign. Announces declining bonus/stock packages to employees when the execs were given ludicrous amount of raise.
