      Honestly right now I’m so disappointed in HR to risk people’s financial situations I can’t not think of a pro.

      Cons

      I’m so disappointed to see they are hiring for jobs knowing in a few months the company is going bankrupt. Chicago will close first then the smaller offices. We received the news last week (just some of us) and in good conscience I can’t not let people leave their jobs to just get laid off in a couple months. Please beware!

      They track your every move. Too much time reporting, takes away from time to sell.
