      Pros

      Great benefit. Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner at cafeteria, massage place inside the office was pretty good as well.

      Cons

      Too many process to gone through things. People come and go so often and their knowledge has not been taken over to someone it just gone along with those people.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
