Pros
Cafeteria provides 3 free meals a day. Business is very varied, so there's likely something you are interested in. International friendly office environment with many different nationalities. Most people kinda speak some English. Reasonable work-life balance (despite inflexible working hours).
Cons
Not really a tech company, basically all direction is controlled by business side. Below average salaries for engineers. Very political environment even at lower management levels. No clear career path for senior technical employees except moving into pure management roles. Pretty tight with money, cheaps out on tools or products that probably would developer productivity. All hands morning meeting at 8am on Mondays to worship the CEO.
