      Be wary of certain international teams, the workload doesn’t justify the pay and this is a company in a tech shell but functions like a startup, no structure and everything goes, limited career opportunity and no rotation programs. Management is short-sighted and does not take in feedback well.

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
