      A culture-driven and process-oriented company that encourages continuous learning. With role-oriented training and exciting initiatives like Think AI, Vibe Coding Challenge, and IgniteU, employees get the chance to bring out their best. Being winner in one of these challenges, got opportunities to present my solution to the leadership team—an experience that made me feel proud and realize how much more I can achieve. The leadership is supportive and approachable.

      Great schedule, non hostile environment- location was great - pay was ok

      Cons

      Management was under the influence of alcohol, unorganized- did not take responsibility for mistakes
