Pros
To be able to see the product you have devoted to be displayed and sold at consumer stores. Satisfaction of your output is only fulfillment in this company, however when that is achieved, your stairs up to your promotion is assured.
Cons
Overtime work that is not paid off, pressure from higher management is tense. Projects milestones are not drawn by the engineering groups, rather fixed by the higher management, thus turns out that goals are almost impossible to meet. Down grades after the annual performance reviews will only work against you. No follow up by your direct report managers. Only way to get promoted is by working hours later than others, and giving extreamly good results.
