Pros
Sodexo is a company gives people a lot of growth opportunities if a person wants to take them. Sodexo also does a lot in the way of helping out those that would not otherwise have food. It always makes me proud to take part in the food drives to help out the local food banks or hear stories of sodexo going in and helping in an emergency or disaster situation.
Cons
As with any company there are people that want to play politics, but I'm able to stay away from them for the most part.
