Pros

-Good hours. I have not worked past 5 pm. The hours depend though on which department you work in. -Great salary and good benefits. -Good boss. Listens to my ideas, promotes growth, acknowledges my hard work, positive person for the most part. -Co-workers are easy to get along with.

Cons

-Inefficiency is a big one. Adobe PDF does not have the features like OCR or even highlighting and copying! One monitor only. A lot of printing. -A lot of people don't seem motivated. -Segregation. There are many employees who don't know others in their own department. I think this includes levels below VP. -Some VPs do not deserve to be VPs (not hard-working, do not have enough knowledge about their department, are unaware of things going on in their department, try to avoid controversy).

Pros

Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

Cons

No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.

Pros

They offer resources for learning.

Cons

In my previous roles I've never felt burnout but with this one is the first I was feeling crush. I don't think managers take time to structure the tasks on a 8hrs or 10hrs per day. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations, no work-life balance at all. Even if you made the sacrifice to stay late, you will not be done with the work for the day.
