Pros

It is a good company to work for as long as you are in good books with your manager and middle management. Once management starts recognizing your effort and output, this is a great place to be, but with a capital emphasis on ONCE.

Cons

Too much politics in middle management and the ratio of managers to developers is disproportional with too many mid level managers per team. Needless to say, under these circumstances, developer efforts usually get in the background and are overshadowed. Very less visibility for one's work if you are just a developer while the actual productive work would be done by them. Least people friendly HR.

Pros

Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

Cons

No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.
