Pros

-Flexible work arrangements in some business units. -Big emphasis on macros and infusing technology to reduce manual processing and increase efficiency. -Co-workers are friendly enough. I guess that's why they invented the bar.

Cons

-Pay is not competitive, and you have little to no bargaining chips because your position is mostly expendable. -Management has little to no sympathy with the plight of the worker bee. --You're constantly working (by work, I mean reconciling reports, signing off every page, fussing over the minutia, like proper signature & dates). I'm not a lazy person - the work is just very...dull. -Tight deadlines. Constantly.

Pros

Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

Cons

No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.

Pros

The company has a great severence package. Unfortunately thats a pro because they are laying off workers every 3 months until most of operations are offshore. Decent 401k match and vacation.

Cons

Layoffs, pay is low. Return to office mandate.
