Get to take the initiative to learn much more about the market and the other sources with in the trade processing unit. Get the opportunity to help others perform at a quicker pace, and get great help from the upper management.
Cons
Should give more exposure to the market, and should respect the employees that know much more than the senior associates and should give them the recognition they deserve; which could consist of promotions, or any sort of compensation to show his/her appreciation of work.
