The company has extremely aggressive goals, which may be expected for a lender, but it does not value the employees actually doing the work. Leadership pushes constant messaging about tripling business, yet the Specialists who support newly enrolled and existing offices receive little to no meaningful recognition or compensation for that growth. The only incentive offered is a $50 gift card, which employees must compete for against their entire team. Advancement opportunities are also misleading—employees must interview for a role and, if selected, “test” the position for three months with no guarantee of actually receiving the job. Overall, expectations are high, rewards are minimal, and employee contributions feel undervalued
