      Being able to work evenings and still be in a professional environment.

      Cons

      Managers seem to focus on $'s collected. Part time employees don't have the same opportunities as full time, and it seems that part timers are often overlooked.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance
