Great company overall - Anonymous employee Synchrony Employee Review

Overall, this is a really great company to work for. You can tell management cares about the employees, and this shows through numerous new benefit perks they just rolled out. 401k match is probably the best you'll see at any company nowadays. The Chicago office is very new and has an open, marketing agency feel - not a typical stuffy financial bank environment. The majority of people are great coworkers and people who genuinely will help you. There's also a great work life balance (probably varies manager to manager).
