Good company, BAD health benefits - Frontline Leader Synchrony Employee Review

The choice of pharmacy benefits manager is terrible: CVS no longer covers ASTHMA medications and the company does nothing to protect the customers. HR says they can't help us get our medicines. Of course CVS feels they can do whatever when a large company like Synchrony is powerless to help employees. Make sure you consider your options before accepting any offers.
