      Pros

      - some of the kindest people I've worked with. I always felt supported. - had lots of opportunities for exposure to senior people and given more autonomy to make decisions and own them.

      Cons

      - we went through a big layoff in 2022. Was a bit demoralising and nerve-racking at the time to know how this was going to affect my work and work/life balance going forward.

      Work life balance, teamwork and collaboration, encourages creativity. Everyone shares same mission: support small businesses and get pros more jobs

      Cons

      More alignment across teams and updates regarding product, brand strategy, clearer OKRs. I literally have to dig deep for any cons I seriously love this job and culture.

      Some of the people were nice.

      Cons

      Decision paralysis. This is an extremely consensus driven org that can't make any decisions to save its life. The senior leadership team is also completely disconnected from their teams as well as the users of their products.
