Pros

The benefits are amazing, from feeding the hungry sales monsters to fully covering insurance, base plus bonuses, and a million more. But it's the way they treat employees that really stands out. A month after starting here my wife was diagnosed with cancer and we had another child. With so many companies I would have to fight for even somewhat of a life work balance. But here I'm allowed time off when I need to be with my family. 2 days ago, she had surgery, I had time off with Trulia's blessing, beautiful flowers from my team and a gift from the SCEO himself. Management really promotes employees success. We're encouraged, trained, and given help when needed. You feel like they really hear you. So many people worry about the merger, but from all I can see it looks like company culture stays the same. They know happy employees are successful employees. I'm blessed to be working here.

Cons

If you're looking to be employed here, it's rated one of the top companies to work for for a reason. It's hard to get in, and long term fits are important for those that do.
