      Pros

      - Good food & office - Generally nice people - Good benefits (even though they cut the $100/month fitness stipend)

      Cons

      - Bad management - Have a lot of "engineering" managers who are not technical at all - Not enough PMs/designers so everything takes a long time since they each have so many projects - Designs are reviewed by VPs in design so approval takes a long time - Some orgs are really toxic - Culture changed a lot after 2 layoffs, became more Amazon-y

      - Most employees care a lot about the service. - Most employees are very user focused. - Most employees are very friendly and inclusive making for a pleasant collaborative experience.

      Cons

      - Amazon influence over Twitch getting more and more impactful and invasive. - Fun and enjoyable workplace slipping further and further away to more corporate bureaucracy. - CEO is not as trusted as once was.
