Pros
The money's good of course , easy straight forward work ,I worked as a Processing Clerk . Different shifts but you don't get to pick which one you want . Most people are on the early morning shift which starts around 4am,5am, or 6am or the overnight shift which started at 9pm, or 10pm.
Cons
PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS, PLEASE! People that have been there for a while are IGNORANT ! they don't want to help you and they don't want you to help them . It takes about 2-3 years to become what they call it a 'craft career employee' and by that time you'll able to get your weekends off and you won't be demanded to do 12 hour shifts anymore. Around the second week of December to the end of January you will be working mandatory 12 hour shifts 6 or 7 days a week. Your back will hurt , your arms will hurt . Your whole body will hurt and you'll be tremendously tired . And you will not have any time for your family, doctors appointments , just LIFE in general . After the holiday time is over with you'll go back to working just 5 days a week with 2 days off back to back if your on the overnight shift or the early morning shift . The mid day shift which can start anywhere from 1pm,2pm,3pm,5pm,6pm and on the mid day shift You will always only have one day off , and it will be the same one off day every week . But as I said before , the money's GREAT!
