Pros

-Benefits are great -401k match at 8% is unheard of -Tuition benefits are awesome

Cons

This sounds much easier than it actually is. Working in a very high-stress call center -Answering anywhere from 20-50 calls per day -Selling products simply to meet quotas and not *actually* do what's in a customer's best interest -Quotas on how many calls you can transfer to another area to sell something they probably don't need -You will not use your brain in a constructive manner in this role. You will put info in a machine that spits out other info and you will then spit that info to a customer. -If you are great at zoning out and can see yourself being a repetitive, robotic, person devoid of any emotion or critical thinking for 3-5 years this might be an amazing job for you. If you can get off the phones and into support/management role - you can ride that wave to a very comfortable and lazy retirement with this company. If not, you will probably hate your life
