Pros

- Global Brand (good for your CV) - Exposure to multinational companies in the corporate customer service environment. - It's a job - They will recruit ANYONE

Cons

- Progression is very difficult. You are not promoted or given salary increases on merit - you need to be 'in' with the teams of line managers. - Management is extremely poor, particularly in the corporate customer services sector. - Development is extremely difficult due to management not wanting you to progress (there is a revolving door culture so they are always low on resources) - Poor salary. Rival Telecommunications company's pay up to 10K more for the same roles, particularly in corporate customer services.

Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
