Pros
They will work around your schedule. If you are in school, for example. In the area I worked in the manager was pretty nice.
Cons
Terrible managers at my store. Employees always got away will being lazy, which brought the rest of us who were actually trying to work hard down. Also there was a lot of quid pro quo. One of my co-workers is/was hooking up with a manager and she got away with EVERYTHING. Pay was not the best either. At least not for what I did.
