Pros
Computer program is set up for employees to list all jobs they are interested in, including pay scale and job requirements. Some information is available. There are people who do try to train the employees when they are new or enter a new position.
Cons
Employee discount doesn't include grocery products. Must wait three months prior to being eligible to receive employee discount. Incomplete training is a common complaint for all levels. It's difficult at times to find information from things as simple as dress code to things as complex as how to cross reference UPCs.
