Pros

Team-oriented, yet flexible to allow you to be independent and accountable for your actions. When you get a manager that understands your strengths/interests and helps you continue to build on those skills are a plus. You can leave early or work from home when necessary, but don't abuse it. Team-building activities within the team and community are good as well.

Cons

As expected, there can be long hours depending on the project.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
