Pros
The pay was decent for how laid back the job is. The managers work with your schedule if they like you. The job was also rewarding when you got to help people.
Cons
Schedules are based off of sales from exactly one year ago, so if sales were down one year ago Walmart would schedule fewer hours for that week. There were never enough people to help when the store was busy.
