Terrible management - TLE Service Tech Walmart Employee Review

Pros

Absolutely, positively, one hundred percent none

Cons

Hire more people. Lost some people, walmart didn't replace them. So lost even more people. To add to it, managment fired a few of the people who remained over petty mistakes (taking their lunch 30 seconds too early, etc). Fired direct supervisors over actually trying to help employees rather than sitting there and barking orders. And STILL didn't replace them. Now it's just two of us, doing the work 15 (literally). Then they yell at us for (not wanting to work) when one of us gets sick.

Pros

Fairly easy work (besides heavy loads and multiples of something), less customer facing than other roles

Cons

The usual when working at a grocery store

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
