      Pros

      Considering the work, the pay is rather good compared to other jobs of similar standing. There might be good chances to move up the ranks, I have no idea whether it is a dead end loser job or something you can actually grow out of.

      Cons

      The work itself is extremely boring and stupid. Put box on shelf. Put box on shelf. Put box on shelf. Boxes are either very light or very heavy, no in-between. Also this job practically doubles its workload on weekends since customer get off from their work.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
