      Pros

      Walmart is a wonderful company with varying levels of technology implementation. There will always be a project at your speed or someone who can help you through it.

      Cons

      The company does not treat you as a valued team member unless you are in the home office or have 'manager" in your title. The PTO is a bit ruthless so I recommend negotiating for more if you feel confident after receiving an offer letter.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
