      Pros

      I do exactly the detailed work of a DSD associate even though my title is asset protection associate every day I receiving Walmart grocery, milk, meat and produce, trucks ECT and outside all outside vendors, I finalize receiving and take care invoices, I do credits of merchandise for vendors and drivers, I do end of the day paperwork that takes 30-60 mins

      Cons

      I do a job that's 90% not my title for way under the median wage so Walmart doesn't have to pay me properly like employees at different stores

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
