Pros

Nothing that I can think of.

Cons

Constant change, always short staffed, you have 1 person taking the role of 3 people. Upper management is aware of it, and while they are safely at home away from Covid, the frontline is who is making their money for them. Not only am I not able to step away to use a restroom break, but there has been days where I did not get a lunch. All they care is about the numbers they report, customer is always right, they will have an investigation on you immediately if you are accused of anything. Teller do not earn compensation, complaints are usually about policy. If they don’t like the numbers you are reporting you get booted out immediately not knowing how great of a manager you are to your employees.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
