Pros

Great benefits, generally smart people (some very smart).

Cons

> DEI everywhere. I personally worked with people who had little or no experience with MS Office (PPT, XLS, Word). > RTO mandate began in 2023, which really impacted qualified stakeholders (legal, project/prgm, product, etc.). This includes people who sit at their desk all day on Zoom/Teams calls and only interact when going to the restroom, getting coffee, etc. > Pay: Typical of most companies, getting above your pay range requires a promotion, meaning if you're the best in the group, you never see an annual increase unless your promoted to a different job. I know many, many smart and ethical people who never get above their pay range after years and years.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
