Good pay, client work can be very interesting

Lack of care for employees, a real disparity between the accounts teams and the clients to the point where you find yourself having to nod, smile and support whilst the account team talk about growth opportunities with a client you know doesn't want to increase their footprint with Wipro, and in fact actively wants to reduce it. No actual support in resolving the issues behind this - just grow, grow, grow (even though it won't happen) and large proportions of time are spent with the client simply trying to protect existing roles.
