Pros
1. To be very frank, I can't say much about the pros. Only thing I enjoyed was flexible timing but then I had to maintain 9.5 hrs a day. 2. Spectacles reimbursement is a good option too but I won't count it into pros of this company. 3. Career opportunities are based on your luck but that is there everywhere so no complaints. Let me just finish by saying, 'If you manager & co-workers are good, this company is OK to work'.
Cons
A lot but countable: 1. Log for 9.5 hrs a day. 2. Managers say much but do little and it's not their mistake since nothing is in their hands (as they say). 3. Treat onsite as an employee retention policy as they can't give any hike in the pay. 4. Customer is 'GOD' to them and no body bothers about employees serving their GOD.
