Pros

Large number of onsite oppurtunities for people of experience less than 3-4yrs

Cons

Organisation is not employee friendly Excessive focus on cost at low priority areas like coffee machine was stopped at HDC campus, missing odonil and tissue papers in wash rooms to beat the recession. Poor work environment - AC switched off after 6pm, poor transport services for people working in shifts, poor or delayed claim and reimbursement processing, poor policies like if you don't claim medical for 15000 INR limit defined by govt. of India as tax free if used for medical purpose, organisation doesn't pay the amount after deduction of tax if user has not used the amount for medical usage which is incorrect Poor management leadership, organisation has done twice re-structuring within last 2 years which leads to unpredictable career path within organisation Complicated Organisation structure, huge hierarchy of people. Compulsory avg. 9.5hrs per week as per policy for employees internally are forced to work for 10.5 hrs per day. Poor HR who don't assist for any team, management, manager issues to get resolved. Poor sales team capability now onwards i.e. 2011 onwards

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
