      Pros

      Only work, work, work. (full-stack work) 24 by 7. You will have to give contributions to DevOps, DB, Operations, Development, Testing-related tasks and forget your personal life. No layoffs, only employees left.

      Cons

      No proper distribution of work. Few resources, much workload. The complex assignments will be given to just one resource with an improper deadline instead of having more resources to complete it. They prefer freshers instead of experience developers for cost-cutting. Instead of having a separate support team, they will call developers to resolve issues. Developers will get a surprise call any time even at midnight even on weekends. You will have to work 24x7 by getting a peanut amount of salary. No proper hike/increments in salary.

      Pros

      Zycus has proven that they put the rubber to the road when it comes to investing in the technology that we offer to our prospective customers. With the foresight of what may appear to be new offerings are in fact seasoned solutions that were thought of years ago and invested in for a long period of time, specifically our AI solution. With an impression amount of capital investment, I foresee the solutions Zycus offers staying ahead of the pack and our customer base (Zycus Community) continuing to grow.

      Cons

      At times it has proven a little slow to get things from the request to approval stage however, although that is a current struggle and speaking on the US market, along with the continual investment in the technology, there appears to be substantial investment taking place the people and specifically onshore leadership!
