Pros
I have worked for many different companies large and small. At eQ the working environment is very inclusive and everybody is willing to get stuck in and help everyone else. They also have the philosophy that they always deliver for the customer and this has proved true. Also the products are in great demand from the market, with lots of opportunity to grow.
Cons
As always with a rapidly growing company there can be challenges with getting the right people to do the required work. But this is a function of their success.
