Pros

Disappointed after waiting over a year to start then to be told there are no places available next year is very disappointing to say the least. When you put so much into something.

Cons

Was so much looking forward to start with for Easy Jet in 2019 And its heartbreaking when your still waiting I knew it could be a long process. But come on I've now been told nothing for 2020

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with you application process. In 2019, the aviation industry saw considerable challenges which have indirectly impacted our plans; what this has meant for us is that we have had to adjust our plans to accommodate the changing business needs. There is no doubt that all of our candidate in our hold pools would be excellent members of our easyJet team and we would love to have them all join us. We are always open with our candidates which is why we have recently contacted those hold pools impacted to let them know that our requirements had changed and have had a number of conversation about what it means for them. Hope this helps

Pros

-Competitive pay and benefits for Malta aviation industry. -Skilled colleagues and opportunities for technical learning.

Cons

-Serious reports of bullying, harassment, and neglect of staff mental health were escalated to top management, but rarely result in action. -The SUSO (Speak Up Speak Out) system does not work as advertised; staff complaints raised through SUSO are ignored or lead to retaliation, not resolution. -EasyJet’s “zero tolerance” policy on discrimination, bullying, and harassment is not upheld—investigations are slow, lack follow-through, and rarely result in change. -Evidence of disability discrimination at the highest levels has been presented; these concerns are dismissed or left unaddressed by senior management. -Employees who report problems or ask for reasonable adjustments face career setbacks and poor treatment. -Overall, morale is very low among those affected by discrimination or who have used internal reporting channels.
