Pros

Some very talented and hard-working colleagues

Cons

The culture sounds good but is just lip-service. C-suite leadership is terrible. Salaries are poor, with no raises (not even cost-of-living adjustments for inflation) and no promotions. I quit, took a job at another company at the same level (same job title). and (no kidding) my salary doubled, plus bonuses are virtually assured.

Pros

Not a lot of projects happening at once, so flexible deadlines and less stress vs. an agency overall

Cons

As a creative, there weren’t many opportunities to be very creative.

Used to be good

Pros

Teammates are wonderful, very skilled people; health benefits are good; unlimited PTO

Cons

Envision used to be a wonderful place to work. Several years of very poor decisions by executive leadership have made it a place I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The resourcing model is terrible and employees have been instructed to stop complaining about resourcing to leadership. Instead, employees are asked to work overtime and even move vacation and medical appointment plans to accommodate the heavy workloads. Clients have expressed concerns about adequate resourcing and are pulling business from Envision. The company seems to be struggling financially. No bonuses for anyone in 2025 and they've delayed cost of living pay increases and promotions. 2024 wasn't much better. All this on top of the low pay ranges compared with industry standards. It's a stressful place to work with poor work life balance and low pay. People are quitting right and left. Management will tell you and clients that things are going to get better but it's been years of more of the same and empty promises.
