Pros

Local staff were wonderful - regional manager was supportive.

Cons

It was like stepping into a neglected amusement park that the company was pretending was immaculate- which was wild as no one from the company had been there in years aside from regional management. First week on the job I found a printout of a lawsuit against one of the owners for sexual assault with graphic and awful detail. I've never in my life been spoken to the way that person spoke to me. When things were broken the protocol was to reach out to someone on slack who would then tell you you're stupid and that everything you were explaining was not how it was. The gaslighting was almost impressive.

Pros

There aren't many. It's a cool concept.

Cons

I got fired for taking the day off when my friend killed herself. All the supervisor cared about was how me being absent inconvenienced them. I have never been treated more heartlessly by an employer. If you think that's an okay way to treat someone then by all means work there.

Pros

The scheduling is very flexible, and this makes it an attractive place to work for actors. The staff does have a decently high turnover rate but most people you'll work alongside are fun and nice. And the work itself is pretty fun - sure, you'll get your share of rude and unpleasant people, but for the most part you're getting to facilitate a fun and unique experience for people.

Cons

The upper management is not great. The people who run the company visit the location from time to time, and they've been drunk, thrown temper tantrums, and berated employees to the point of tears. As a result of this, there's a pretty open culture among the staff of general resentment towards management, which makes it not the most fun place to work.
