Casual environment, good place to learn and best to start your career. I worked as a Scientific officer and major work was testing, where I learnt alot. MPCVD is picking up and business is increasing creating alot of opportunities for uprising candidates.
Cons
Low salary and low salary growth. Talent is not recognised and not paid accordingly.
