Flexible timings Work environment is very homely If you are a good performer, you are excused from a lot many rules. Learning and helpful seniors. Complete freedom to explore innovations and new possibilities. No dress code. U can go to work in the same tshirt you wake up in. Paid Overtime.
Cons
Its a medium size company so growth is average also no facilities like PF and limited resources. Only project work , no standardized evaluated products. No Analysis/FEA just practical testing. Doesnot follow any ISO or ANSI codes, for certain logical reasons.
