      Pros

      Good pay, good management. Excellent communication when you have an event coming up. Ability to pick and choose shifts. Staff meal every shift.

      Cons

      You need to be able to lift pretty heavy stuff, like tables/stacks of chairs, crates of plates.

      Labor intensive "Hat switching"( different roles) Staying 1-2 hours later than planned Stuffy uniform Management can range from professional angelic to downright cruel & childish Favoritism Laziness/passiveness from all age groups especially younger staff Sub-par - no staff meal (byof) Call-outs (need 10 working with 6) Very tight & cramped cooking areas
