Pros

1) You will get reimbursements for almost everything (home inverter, office chair, adjustable table, UPS, travel) 2) 2-3 of sponsored offsite visit if you are new to the org. 3) Quality projects

Cons

1) If I start counting I can write a book. Too many softwares to track what you do on your system and how u spend your time. Extreme extreme micro management. 2) they require 8 hours of working, but you'll end up working between 13-14 hours. (To compansate time for software and to obviously meet impossible deadlines) 3) Your life will become hell. They want you to work, work and work. 4) They'll lure you by providing two big monitor and work station. But believe me it's more of a Bain. This is a smart tactic to restrict your movement. You won't be able to travel at all given you have such a big desktop with you. 5) HR will call, increase your salary, negotiate again and again, remind you of perks but will never tell you if extreme micro management this organisation has. 6) Final verdict, please refrain from joining here. You will curse your decision.

Pros

In the past employees had some but after stupid decision taken by management and removed the instances.

Cons

Company is established in 2000, but you will feel like you are still working in start-up. Sorry to insult start-up also because they have good ethics and management and employee centric. They feel that they can charge the client like PWC, Gartner and big 4 companies for projects. However they are not ready to spend money for good research like syndicate research company also only in their mind is lessen operating cost. I think they forget that clients come to them for better insights which employees can bring from primary research but they also cut the external vendor support due to operating cost. Company is only care about operating cost and not about anyone. Now they are starting to build freelancing network for future projects but God knows how will they maintain the quality of projects with this model. Again one stupid thing they brought was time in business and for that they spend money also they claimed it will gives them exact picture. Also they provided 2 big monitors to each employees. I think instead of that they should have given appraisal so that employees would happy. I don't know why they provided 2 big monitors maybe they also feel that employees should play games on it. Their aim is wanted to be listed but I think they don't know meaning of listed. For work from home the mandatory speed is 500mbps for client facing roles and 200mbps for non client facing roles. Who will tell them this is India and not everyone is staying in metro cities. For this employees has to pay bill this is worst thing I ever faced. Seriously people please open Vadapav shop(anyways government has allowed to open restaurants) instead of joining this company if you have last option is this organisation.

Pros

Pros changed to Cons by management. Management wants 9 people together deliver a baby in a month without mating.

Cons

* No basic facilities including coffee or tea * Flexible timing changed to fixed overtime * Management say digitalization without knowing it's meaning * Extreme micromanagement of the system every minute. * Bias in mid management level * 200+ employees left the company since April 2019 and no new employee * New employees serve for a max. Period of 3 to 6 months * Four teams got dissolved in the past 6 months * Never listen to HR calls as they recruit for some specific domain but place you in another team where you don't even have knowledge. Reason being no employee joining the company especially knowing the level and behaviour of managers of those teams. * Only 3 -4 domains exist now: Healthcare, Automotive & Industrial, Chemical, and energy. So, think for which domain the vacancy is for
