Futureverse is a company with a great vision and talent which is looking to build the next biggest thing in the internet. Futureverse doesn’t want to just build this alone, but is engaging with partners and building a team of similar-minded entities who will use common protocols to develop content for the next version of the web. There are growth pains to building the future, and in bringing together like minds. Futureverse is not excepted from these growth pains. But if you want to join the team with a fresh mind, or bring decades of experience in growing a people culture and delivering results, Futureverse is an excellent opportunity to get stuck in, learn new tech, and have the opportunity to change the world.
Cons
There is a larger team at futureverse so developing the right process will take time. Think of the delivery process as a development cycle on top of your software development cycle. But give it time and people's willingness to grow and change and the talent and vision are there.

Futureverse has an ambitious vision, especially in the Web3 and AI space. The teams are full of smart, creative people who are collaborative, supportive, and open to sharing knowledge. The remote-first setup offers great flexibility and autonomy, which is excellent for experienced developers. The tech stack is modern (React, GraphQL, Rust, etc.), and engineering practices are taken seriously. There's a strong emphasis on CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews, making it a solid environment for engineers who care about quality.
Cons
The company is growing quickly, and with that comes frequent changes in direction and team structure. Sometimes the goals can feel unclear. Communication between mid- and upper management could be more efficient, and cross-team collaboration occasionally feels disjointed. Due to the global remote setup, time zone differences can also present challenges in coordination and communication.
