      top management esp the ceo's dictatorial approach of hiring and firing people at whims and fancy, being not true to their words, inconsistent experience, having no people empathy, being number driven to an extent they dont care for human values, work life balance being totally screwed up, micro management of senior folks, disrespectful behavior towards most of the folks

      Pros

      It's good for older women who want little side work on flexible basis post maternity. Not a good place if you are starting your career.

      Cons

      The work does not prepare you for future, work is outdated. It's ownership is disputed, the management team keeps fighting with each other and is not competent to lead. India office is run by a dictatorial CEO who keeps playing politics and can never be trusted.
