Pros

You aren't in an office and you drive all day long. Depending on the area territories can be small or large so you are on most likely a 7 day rotation of your route. You are a glorified delivery person.

Cons

You are treated like a pharma rep getting paid $36K a year. They expect you to visit over 25 targeted physicians a day working at 8am-5pm. You can't provide lunch for the doctors and they expect you to walk in to your offices and be able to speak with the doctors right then. You shell out all expenses; parking, gas, tolls, etc...and they reimburse you. However reimbursements are always late. In one year they hired 30 employees and 16 of them no longer work with the company and they pride themselves on "promoting within" and treating the employees fairly however theres 0 motivation since there are 0 benefits.

Pros

There are absolutely none. This is not pharmaceutical sales, it is just a delivery service. However, you can do whatever you want during the day as long as you submit around 25 calls.

Cons

Management is inexperienced and expectations, goals and procedures change weekly. CEO doesnt have a clue how to run an organization, and treats the employees every badly. They treat you like a slave and expect you to have no life outside of work. Two weekly conference calls outside business hours. Regional managers act as parrots for the "senior" level management and harass you on a daily basis. You do not get a company car. Instead, you get a 400/monthly allowance that added in with your monthly salary check. So after it is all said and done, you get a little less than $300 and 19 cents a mile to destroy your car. This has to pay for oil changes, tires, etc etc. And this is assuming you own the car and dont have a monthly payment. The culture is toxic. Everyone hates the job and quitting is the norm. Average length of employment is around 3 months. Alot of unethical business practices are used to keep the business "model" in place.

Pros

Promotions and pay bumps come quick. the staff and people are great CEO is a great man and very sweet

Cons

They will make you sign a year long contract, if you don't stay at least a year, you will have to pay the company $3,000 for the expenses they paid for for your training travel. the training doesn't even cost this much!!! this might the the dumbest thing I have ever heard of, ESPECIALLY since they are targeting new grads for an entry level job. (Aka: people who do not have a lot of money) you will drive about 700 miles per week in your own car. kept promising yearly bonuses and 2021 is the second year they have not given yearly bonuses. marketed as a sales role and there is no sales whatsoever. 0 commission, only base salary. Moral of the story, if you accept a job here, you better stay for a year or they will rob you dry.
