This was definitely one of the most toxic experiences I’ve had at a company in my entire professional career. They hired me for an entry level position and offered very little training to support individuals in their work. My supervisor I was told that “this happens”. I was also reprimanded for the smallest things. For example, I wanted to get work done in their laughably small workspace at the time and was told I was rude for listening to music to drown out the sounds of my coworkers cackling.
