Pros

Very friendly working environment. They give you apportunity to work on some new technology. They provide On-time salary and they will not do any type of cutting from your salary

Cons

As per my observation there is nothing to say on cons.

Pros

No prons. only two time tea in a day. No such prons to describe.

Cons

Work timing are 11 hrs. If you are willing to work 11 to 12 hrs you are in. No proper management. The Boss wants every work in less time. He only wants his project on time. No matter you are sick or not. He is just want his projects Complete. Treate you like a machine.

Bad Work Experince

Pros

The CEO of this company does not exhibit good leadership. Employees are typically hired on a project basis, usually for contracts obtained from MNCs. Once the project ends, the company often terminates employees under the pretense of poor performance, regardless of their actual contributions. There is absolutely no job security. The CEO does not treat employees with respect and frequently behaves in a rude and unprofessional manner. Terminations are handled poorly — there is often no formal communication via email. Employees are simply informed verbally that it is their last working day, without any prior notice. Overall, the work environment lacks professionalism and proper employee management practices.

Cons

No job security – employees are hired on a project basis, and once the project ends, terminations are common. Performance is often used as an excuse to fire employees, even if the actual reason is the end of a client contract. Extremely poor communication – no formal notice is given during termination, only verbal information about your last working day. Unprofessional management – the CEO often speaks to employees in a disrespectful and rude manner. Lack of proper HR processes and employee support. No structured feedback or performance review system. Toxic work culture with no regard for employee well-being or growth.
