      Work life balance was definitely good till 2022 Supportive teams and manager Good amount of opportunities to contribute and showcase your skills and ownership

      Cons

      Culture deteriorating very fast , from being an employee centric company to becoming a micromanaging company. Teams are left to function without any leadership and guidance . From hybrid to 5 day working Forced relocations Very less appraisal even after 2 years and no financial growth with promotions
